Job Description:
We are looking for a talented F&B Supervisor who has a passion for leading the team and delivering exceptional customer service offering customers a personalised experience. Someone creative, and an excellent motivator for their team to drive sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and the guests alike ensuring a smooth and memorable experience through supervision and coaching of the team
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adherence to the company policies and guidelines while ensuring that all team members follow the service standards
- Assisting restaurant management in duties such as opening and closing the building, cashing up, running daily team briefings, training the junior team members, and communicating ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, and H&S issues
- Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and points learned from complaints are used to enhance future customer service.
- Ensure company cash handling procedures are followed consistently
- Drink orders are dispensed accurately; bar areas are always clean and up to the restaurant’s high standards
- Work in a safe and tidy manner and report any hazard, accident, loss or damage to management.
- Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, Liquor control and sales.
- Putting forward ideas to drive the beverage average check and increase the total revenue
- Ensuring that all beverage stock levels are maintained, and correct ordering procedures are carried out
- Providing a friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional service always
- Demonstrating a high standard of personal appearance, wearing the full and correct uniform and ensuring good personal hygiene
What we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong experience in a busy, fast-paced Environment.
- Basic IT and admin skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confidence to supervise teams
- Flexibility with working hours must be available evenings and weekends.
- Someone who knows the market and customer needs, creating cocktails and current trends.
