OFFICE MANAGER PERMANENT ROLE / 100% office based£30,000 per annum + Super BenefitsFULL-TIME: Monday to Thursday hours 8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm Warmley / East Bristol/ FREE PARKING

The Job:As Part-time Office Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance of the office and the facilities, health and safety and services;
- Key responsibilities:
- Ordering and monitoring office supplies and processing the relevant invoices
- Managing files and storage of such records in line with record retention policy and ensure safe destruction at appropriate point
- Preparation and co-ordination of office announcements and other communications (including preparation and PowerPoint slides)
- Help co-ordinate visitor arrivals with travel and office arrangements
- Planning and organising company and team events
- Sole responsibility for the reception desk/area including fielding calls, opening and franking post, arranging UPS deliveries, welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries.
